Alterations On All Formal Wear
Sew Forth Alterations specializes in quality alterations on all gowns. Hems, taking in, letting out, straps, bustles and more are able to be adjusted by our experienced seamstresses. Bra cups are available as well. Formal alterations usually take 4-6 weeks, but rush jobs may be available for an extra charge. Wedding gown alterations typically take 8-10 weeks, and may require multiple fittings. This is especially important during our busiest times. Alterations are available on all types of clothing. Suits and jackets can be taken in, let out, sleeves adjusted and more. Our seamstresses have many years of experience. We can alter the sides and sleeves on your dress shirts or hem and adjust the waist on your slacks. We also work with denim. Jean hems, tapering legs, darting waists, mending, zipper and button replacement are all available. Normal alteration turnaround time averages about 2-3 weeks. Don't throw away your favorite coat yet, including leather. We replace or repair zippers, mend, sew on buttons and more. We also sew on patches. We are experienced in Military, scouts, letter jackets, martial arts and sew forth. Not sure if your items can be sewn? Bring it in and our seamstresses will see if we can work our magic.
